J. ANTHONY CALDWELL
A senior litigator, Tony carries on a broad ranging, general corporate litigation practice with an emphasis on complex, multi -party litigation and arbitration. He has particular experience in Directors and Officers liability, injunctions, litigating and arbitrating contract and shareholder issues, and real estate disputes. He has acted for Crown agencies, corporations and individuals in complex environmental litigation, and has acted for individuals and corporations in municipal and provincial expropriation proceedings. He has appeared in all levels of courts in Ontario, and in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also represented individuals and corporations before many provincial regulatory and licensing bodies including the Law Society of Upper Canada, the MFDA and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
